I can say that, without a doubt, Ankeny is where we belong. In the summer of 2016 as our family continued to grow, the Hidders made the move back to Iowa and back to family. It was there that I met my wife Dejian and soon after, we started our family. However, it wasn’t until I was considering a move back to my hometown of Ankeny that I felt called to this career.įollowing my graduation from the University of Iowa, I relocated to Phoenix, Arizona and worked in the recycling industry, specializing in sales and operations. Given a strong family history in real estate-based careers (my grandpa, dad, and uncle were/are all Realtors, both brothers are in the mortgage industry, my stepdad is an appraiser!) and my ambitious nature, becoming a Realtor may seem like it should have been a no-brainer. I love the thrill of getting deals done, making my clients happy, providing top-notch service and exceeding expectations. Programs are FREE for all involved, with our specific target being youth from under resourced neighborhoods or unchurched families. Typical element of a weekly program includes a Bible/gospel lesson, homework/tutoring, dinner, and free time. Our after school and summer programs incorporate activities that allow students to live out the values of faith, education, employment, and leadership. We desire to unit the Christian community to reach out to our youth in Iowa and empower believers to demonstrate their love for Jesus through sharing their time and talents with the youth we serve. To break bondages, discover their God given talents and lead transformed lives. Our cans that are collected at our plant are donated to various non-profit organizations with proof on non-profit status.įreedom for Youth Ministries empowers youth across Iowa through the love of Jesus Christ. We also donate a lot from our company store for local benefits and fundraisers. We are a volunteer employee-led non-profit group that raises money by various means, and with that money, we provide events for our 3M families.
